particular customer service or business topic to get them in the right
frame of mind for the rest of the day- serving your customers and
maximising profits. Held at client site for a minimum of ten employees
of any discipline it's an ideal opportunity to blow those cobwebs
away and keep continuous learning alive in your organisation.
