Pets at Home scoops the Customer/CRM success award at the Data IQ Awards 2019
We are ectastic to announce that Pets at Home have scooped an award in the CRM Customer Success category at the Data IQ Awards 2019.
Pets at Home’s VIP Club has managed to attract 1.5 million new members with an additional 7.7 million more pets registered. As a result, ROI has risen by 5% and added £50 million in revenue. Club members also accrue points - called Lifelines - which are donated to a charity of choice for a cash value. This has seen £2.2 million raised in the last year.
